20.How to know if my submission has been published on EFU?
EFU will notify you via e-mail once your submission has been published.

21.How to get priority listing for my trade leads?
As a Paid-in Member, you may take advantage of priority listing in Trade Lead and Industry Category search. You will also be eligible to be listed in various EFU Industry Category Homepage and "Featured Trade Leads" sections. To obtain these advanced listing features and more, click here for more info.

22.My trade lead was refused by your Customer Service Center. Under what circumstances would my trade lead be refused?
Reasons for not accepting a trade lead can be attributed to one of the following situations:
1. The trade lead message content is too simple. A basic amount of detailed information is required and appreciated.
2. The message was not in English - EFU International is an English language based website, and all trade leads are in English.
3. You posted the same trade lead message twice within 24 hours. We encourage you to post your Trade Leads regularly, but EFU can only accept the same Trade Lead once every 24 hours.
4. Your message is found false, unlawful, defamatory, or to violate the rights or benefits of others.
5. Other inappropriate messages.

23.I received an e-mail message that my trade lead was published, but where can I view it on EFU?
There are close to 1000 new trade leads published daily on EFU.com. Trade leads are posted by category. If you remember the industry category you chose to post your trade lead in, you can go to that category to view it.
Alternatively, you can click on the URL hyperlink provided in the e-mail message we send to confirm that your trade lead has been posted to view it.

24.My trade lead can be placed under more than one industry category; what should I do?
You can only post your trade lead under one category. Please select the most appropriate category for each of your products.

25.Can I repost the same trade lead more than once?
Yes, you can. We encourage you to post your Trade Leads regularly, but EFU can only accept the same Trade Lead posting once every 24 hours.

26.How to delete trade leads?

27.How to search for my posted trade (company & product)?
There are three ways to find your postings.
1. In the confirmation e-mail we send you, there is a hyperlink which can bring you directly to the page of your posting. Click it, that's all;
2. Go to the category to which your posting belongs and check them one by one descendingly;
3. Type in a keyword in the search box and click on "Search". The keyword can be the subject of the postings, your company name or any word appears in your postings.

28.Why is there no e-mail address?
We do not present members' e-mails due to security and privacy reasons. To contact any member, please:
1. Search for the posting you are interested in and then you will find a Request Quote/Send Quote/Send Message button below the message body;
2. Click on the button, fill out the form and submit it. Your Request For Quote/Quote/Message will be sent directly to the poster via My Trade Activity.

My Trade Activity is designed for securer and easier transferring of information between your and other EFU members. It is also a centralized location for you to record and manage business documentation and interaction.

29.How to add my company profile to Company List?
1) Click on the "My Company" link, and sign in.
2) Fill in your company information.
3) Select industry categories in which to list your company.
4) Once you have submitted your info, EFU's Customer Service Center will review your application and list your company under your selected industry categories within 24 hours.

30.How to view my company online?
You can find your company in one of two ways:
1.) Use the "Search Company" feature to locate your company.
2.) Click through the Company List industry categories that you specified in registration to locate your company.

31.Do I need to fill in every field when entering my company info?
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required information, while other fields are optional. In order to provide potential clients with as detailed information as possible, EFU recommends that you complete and fill in all fields.

32.How to select relevant categories?
EFU currently has 20 industry categories, each with a number of subcategories, or/and sub-subcategories.
-Selecting relevant categories:
In order to help potential partners locate your information, choose an industry category that best suits your business and product background.
EFU's customer support team will review your selection, and list your company in the most appropriate categories, and possibly even in different industries.
-Suggest a new category!
If you find there are currently no relevant categories for your company to be listed in, suggest a new category to us! EFU would be more than happy to consider your suggestions.

33.I've linked my company homepage to EFU's Company List page - can I get a free company profile offered by EFU as well?
Yes. All you need to do is to update some company information. Sign in to Company List and fill out a registration form.

34.How many companies am I allowed to add to EFU Company List?
Each EFU member is allowed to add one company to our Company List.

35.Why isn't the e-mail address required when I add or modify my company?
The e-mail address in your member information will be used automatically and responses to your company profile will be delivered to that address. Please make sure that the address is correct.

36.How to modify my company info?
Click on the "My Company" link on the Company List toolbar to modify your company info and categories. EFU's Customer Service Center will verify your modifications, and update your company profile within 24 hours.

37.What is the difference between the Company Profile of a Paid-in Member, and that of a free member?
The Company Profile of A Paid-in Member is much more detailed than that of a free member. With your Paid-in subscription, your postings will always receive priority listing ahead of free members.

38.How to add my product photos?
EFU offers two different ways to upload product photos: (Please note that all the photos should be in JPG format or GIF format, 100K maximum)
1. Upload a multiple number of images by e-mail (Only for Paid-in Members):
This is a convenient function that allows you to upload more than one photo at once through e-mail. Save time spent on creating and editing your products, and say goodbye to slow Internet access speed problems!
Steps:
(A). Sign in with your Paid-in Member ID and Password;
(B). Click on "My EFU";
(C). Select the "Upload Photos by E-mail" link;
(D). A draft e-mail message will be displayed: fill it out, choose product photos from your own computer, add them as attachments. When you've finished, click to send them off.
Notice: Do not change any words of the subject and content of the e-mail message.
(E). After a short period of time (depending on the quantity of photos and your mail server's speed, uploading may take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour) you will be able to find your photos in "My EFU > Photo Bank".
(F). Select product photos to add to your product display.
2. Upload product photos directly from your computer:
When adding a new product's info, select a photo you want to upload from your own computer, and then submit it along with the form. Uploading photos may take some time - please be patient!
As a Paid-in Member, you can upload up to 18 product photos and descriptions, and all of them can be displayed online. We suggest that you not upload too many photos at one time, because it might take some time.

39.What can I do from My Products Home?
My Products Home is your online product warehouse manager. Here you can find the following functions and features:
(A). Edit and update all of your products.
(B). All of your uploaded products are listed on this page.
(C). On this page you can view the current status of all of your products: On Display, Not Displayed, Waiting for Approval.
(D). You can choose which products you want to display online and allow other EFU users to view. To do so, check the box preceding photo, and then click on the "Display Online" button.
(If "My Products" display folder is already full, you can rotate displayed products by clicking on the "Remove Products from Display", and then display other products.)
(E). If you want to display your most recently uploaded products online, then you need to select them and click on the "Display Online" button. If not, then the information will only remain in "My Products" folder, unseen in public display.
(F). You can view your products in the following ways: With Photo, Without Photo, Product Group, Category, Updated Time, Displayed/Non-displayed.
(G). View and edit your member information.

40.How to use "Edit My Products"?
You may use this function to:
(A). Remove an existing product;
(B). Edit or update your product information;
(C). Place a product into a specific product group
(Notice: a product can only be placed into one group).

41.How to edit product descriptions and photos?
Click "Edit My Products", and select a product to edit. You can modify the descriptions directly, and choose product photos from your own computer.

42.What is a "Product Group"?
Product Groups help you organize your products into categories. When uploading products to EFU, organize them into various Product Groups to improve browsing convenience and layout.

43.What is the "Preview" function?
This function is used to preview the actual effect of products online. You can modify your online products at any time.

44.I need to put more products online - what should I do?
Join the TrustPass Community! As a Paid-in Member, you can upload up to 18 product photos and descriptions, and all of them can be displayed online.


45.What should I do if I can't find an appropriate category for my Trade Lead?
There are many categories and subcategory options available in which to post your trade lead. If you still cannot find an appropriate choice among EFU's industry categories, send any suggestions or questions to our Customer Service.
